Comfortably sleeps 12 across five bedrooms, with quiet zones, kid zones, and space for everyone to unwind. Two travel cribs and a monitor are ready for little ones, too. The primary suites are on separate levels - ideal for sharing the home with another family or grandparents.

Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park commercial district, which gives off a bohemian and breezy vibe. Downtown Ocean Bay Park features bay front dining at Schooners and Flynn’s, a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, bagel store & deli, grocery store, and a bicycle rental shop. You can also rent stand up paddleboards at nearby Flynn's, or go parasailing on the Great South Bay - all within a 5 minute walk of your own beach home!

Bicycles, walking and wagons only! No cars allowed.

Ocean Bay Park is a family community. We rent only to families, not to unrelated adults. No loud parties, or music that can disturb the neighbors is allowed. An excessive noise detection system is installed and active during quiet hours. We have a camera installed on the outside of the property for security and to see the ocean when we're feeling disconnected.

There is a 5.5% hotel tax that is required and charged separately of the cost listed when instant-booking and shown in checkout.
